a. If there is an error in shipment

(such as a defective product or an incorrect item)

We offer two solutions:

  • Resend a new item
  • Full refund
b. If you are not satisfied with your purchase

You may return your item within 30 days of purchase, provided it is:

  • Unopened
  • In its original condition

We will gladly:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a full refund

B. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed promptly.
