We aim to make shipping simple and clear, so you know where your parcel is coming from, when it will ship, and how long delivery may take.

A. Where will my order ship from?

We have 2 main dispatch centres: one in the UK and one in China. The shipping centre is chosen based on inventory status at the time of your order.

B. When will my order ship, and where can I check its status?

In-stock items will generally ship within 1–3 business days of order placement.

After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking website link, where you can check the status of your shipment.

C. How long will it take to receive my parcel?

From UK dispatch centre to UK Approx. 1-3 days
From UK dispatch centre to EU regions Approx. 7 days
From China dispatch centre Approx. 7–10 working days
